Town walk visiting spots and buildings associated with Florence Nightingale's two visits to take water cures.

Tuesday June 1

10 miles

From Gardiner's Quarry to Colwall, then to Cockshot Hill for lunch.

Wednesday June 2

10 miles (combined)

Figure-of-eight walk centred on British Camp.

Thursday June 3

7.7 miles

By train from Great Malvern to Ledbury, then walk to Colwall.  Trains had been cancelled, so we had to take a service bus back to Great Malvern.

Saturday June 5

10.5 miles

Malverns end-to-end - the week's highlight. A 6.5-hour slog from Chase End, then over Raggedstone, Midsummer, Swinyard, Hangman's, Broad Down, British Camp, Black Hill South and North, Millennium, Pinnacle, Jubilee, Perseverance, Summer, Worcestershire Beacon, Sugar Loaf, Table, North and End, in very warm weather.
